Understand what this website collects.

Reading tools and quizzes

The Navigator and Arcade run in your browser. This site's custom code does not send reader-stage selections, quiz answers, preferences, or results to ELR or an advertising service. No name, email, or birth date is required. Refreshing or closing the page clears in-memory activity.

Optional analytics

This version loads Google Analytics only after you choose "Allow analytics" in the footer's privacy controls. Declining does not block reading tools or giving links. The preference is stored in this browser's local storage and can be changed in "Privacy choices." Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track keeps optional analytics off.

If enabled, analytics can measure visits and actions such as opening the donation form, opening an email draft, or downloading a worksheet. A donation click is not a completed gift; an email click is not a message received. Our custom events do not contain quiz answers, names, email addresses, payment details, or draft content.

Withdrawing consent stops future collection by this site's code but does not retract previously transmitted information. Browser settings can remove existing cookies. We do not enable advertising personalization or remarketing in our configuration. See Google's privacy policy.

Hosting and security

Cloudflare Pages hosts this site. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect it. Those services are separate from optional Google Analytics.

Information you send

We may retain email inquiries to respond, administer programs, and maintain appropriate records. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, payment details, student or medical records, or private information about children.

Donations

Giving occurs on Zeffy's website under its own privacy and payment terms. ELR may receive contact, contribution, transaction, or designation information needed for acknowledgments and records. This site does not collect or store full card numbers.

Sharing, retention, and requests

We do not sell donor or contact lists. Information may be shared with necessary service providers or as required by law. We retain information for its purpose and applicable recordkeeping obligations rather than promise immediate deletion of required records.

For access, correction, or deletion requests, email admin@educationalliteraryresources.org. We may need to verify the request and explain retention limitations.

Children and outside services

Children can use public materials without submitting personal data. This site has no child accounts, chat, or public profiles. Parents, guardians, and educators should handle inquiries and choose suitable materials. Contact us if a child has sent personal information so we can review it.

External links leave ELR. Those services have their own availability, accessibility, privacy, and verification requirements.
